I like that the support team stays consistent, and over the years we've gotten to know each other. I recognize every technician that logs in to check on my tickets. Also, I appreciate that Axcient is willing to work with my unique communications needs as I am deaf, and do not use audio products. The techs and I communicate via chat session while working on projects together. My favorite part is probably that they are always willing to share how they solved issues so that I am enabled to solve these same issues at a future time without requiring support.
