Early Access for x360Cloud Teams Backup

Ready to protect your clients’ Microsoft Teams channel conversations?

The Axcient team will soon release no-cost Early Access for backup and exports of Teams channel posts. This means we capture text-based messages in standard and private channels and allow you to export this data.

For partners who sign up for Early Access for Teams protection:

• Once Teams Protection is enabled, x360Cloud will automatically discover available Teams within the associated tenant.
• You will be able to select which Teams to protect during the x360Cloud’s daily snapshot.
• Partners can export standard channel posts from any Teams that you’ve opted to protect in JSON and HTML formats.

Protection for additional Teams features like direct messages, channel tabs, and Teams metadata are not yet included in this initial EA release but are planned for future enhancement.
